Elaine Gibbs is a singer, songwriter, composer, activist, producer, and actress.  The country fell in love with Elaine when she became a finalist on season one of “Simon Cowel’s X-Factor”.  Elaine also wowed audiences with her soul stirring renditions of songs by Aretha Franklin on Jimmy Fallon’s “Clash of the Cover Bands” hosted by the late tWitch.

Elaine’s voice touches your heart when she sings.  Elaine performs R & B, Gospel, Jazz, Motown, Soul, Blues and Oldies. She has performed on the same platform as: Layla Hathaway, Charlie Wilson and Johnny Mathis, Chris Brown, Eric Benet, Rod Stewart, Lionel Richie, the Late Ollie Woodson (Lead singer of the Temptations), Mikki Howard, Kenny Lattimore, Jennifer Holiday Howard Hewitt, Jeffrey Osborne and Rod Stewart to name a few.  

Elaine’s produced a benefit concert for Minority AIDS Project featuring the music of the late Donny Hathaway.  Kenny Lattimore was the headliner and music greats such as the late Ollie (Ali) Woodson of the Temptations, TC Carson, Desiree Coleman and TC Carson performed.

Elaine has been an Ambassador for HIV/AIDS through her work with Minority AIDS Project for over 30 years and lends her talents to the Special Needs Network for Autism.  Elaine presents a tribute show titled “Elaine Sings Aretha” which showcases the music of the legendary Aretha Franklin, which tours around the country.
